The International liability division of ARB International is led by Adam Jacobson, a qualified solicitor and specialises in placing professional indemnity (errors and omissions), directors and officers and general liability insurances, emanating primarily from overseas markets, including France, Monaco, Belgium, Gibraltar, Canada and the USA.

We benefit from close relationships with a number of Lloyd’s of London syndicates,  A rated insurance companies and Lloyd’s backed managing general agencies.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

ARB International specialises in the placing of errors and omissions insurance for marine and yachting businesses, including ship agents, ship brokers, naval architects, marine and yacht surveyors  and ship and yacht managers. Our clientele is based around the world and, in particular, ARB International act for some of the largest companies in the marine and yachting sectors.

In addition, ARB International can source complementary covers, such as cargo, cash in transit and loss of commission, protection and indemnity and hull insurance.

ARB International also act for offshore trust/corporate service providers, sourcing professional indemnity, directors and officers and outside directors liability.

Insurance can also be sourced for a wide range of professional service providers in many sectors and many countries including architects, insurance brokers, pharmaceutical , technology and media companies.
